In the South East of England, there's the East Kent Railway, running from its main terminus at Shepherdswell deep in the heart of the Garden of England, all the way through to Eythorne, which also offers the unique opportunity to, with 1:1 instruction, drive a diesel train for yourself as well!

The East Somerset Railway, running between Cranmore and Mendip Vale in the Somerset countryside, runs many of our most popular steam train trip packages, with Day Rover and Family Rover tickets available that are great value for money, as well as the chance to board special Cream Tea trains that are perfect for celebrating any special occasion.
